Hello!  I made this game Pocket Volleyball.  I have tried to distill volleyball into the most digestible, easy-to-jump-in game possible. 

 In the last year+ I'm sure many of us have started new hobbies, tried new things-- one of these for me was Volleyball.  I'm not very athletic but it has been a blast and I've really fallen in love with the sport.  Thus, Pocket Volleyball!  Really, the ideas have been brewing in my head for a few months now-- how do you boil down Volleyball into a really easy to play game?  Well this is my attempt.   It involved a *lot* of simplification but at the same time, the flow of the game is pretty much the same,  all the moves (recieving, setting, hitting/spiking) are there.  I honestly surprised myself by how much you get out of these tiny little sprites doing the motions.  Your mind really fills in any missing gaps when you're working in a resolution this small.  

Anyway sorry for rambling!  Please play and enjoy!  Gimme that sweet sweet feedback.  I plan to add a 2-player VS mode, but there's room for 1000x different changes/improvements for a future (cheap but paid?) version.  More game states, more animations, more sophisticated AI are all possible.  Maybe this will turn into a less low-rez volleyball game?  I'd also like to experiment making a "wacky" volleyball game with powerups, etc, or an RPG-ish one with different players.  Could I pull off a full 6-on-6?
